Performance Features
1. Persistent and rich colors: Using glaze treatment on the surface to ensure the sands’ color is even; high temperature calcination forms a perfect glaze protection layer on the surface of the colored sand. The colors are rich and colorful, lasting, environmentally friendly and never changing colors. The sand’s color is even. The color can be customized according to the design requirements, and the color difference is controllable.
2. Frost resistance and high weather resistance: The color sand is glazed by high-temperature painting enamel, which makes a perfect glaze protection layer form on the surface of the color sand. The glaze protection layer bounds with each other to make the surface more compact and weatherproof. Put the color sand at -40℃ for 1 hour and then at room temperature, repeated 20 times, the color of the color sand remains unchanged.
3. Excellent flexibility: Due to high temperature degreasing and decontamination, the inner of the sand become porous. Due to the loose distribution and chain connection of the inner sand, the emulsion penetrates into the coating fully and has good anti cracking property after film formation.
4. Simple construction: Combining the advantages of texture coating and stone coating, the construction process is simple - scraping and rubbing, no need to use air compressor or rely on sprayer, or protect the finished products, which greatly saves construction costs.
